I found a house on Zillow that I really liked. I contacted Tom to find out more information about it and to see if the HOA was going to give me problems with putting in a boat lift Canopy. Tom was amazing. He jumped right on it and immediately sent me all the HOA documents that I needed to determine that this was the right house for me. I was In Pennsylvania and could not come down to Florida to meet with the contractors to get quotes for the boat lift cover and a new pool cage. Again, Tom jumped into action and offered to meet with them on my behalf, Letting them onto the property. Tom was there each and every time I needed Him. I cannot recommend him highly enough
We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Tom. It was his great reviews that led me to him and I want to add one more 5 star review here to hopefully help another person find their way to a top notch realtor. My brothers and I inherited a condo from our father that we decided to sell. Living almost 3k miles away, it was important to find a real estate agent with a vast skill set. We needed someone with experience, who knew the Cocoa Beach area, who had a handle on the current market, and someone willing to help with a few extra things since we couldn't be there in-person throughout the entire sale process. Tom was all that and more. He helped us with market research to properly price our condo, suggested contractors and handymen to help do necessary repairs and upgrades to get the unit ready, and then went above and beyond to meet those people and help manage the work, sending photos along the way. He even helped us with finding someone to take some of the items we needed to donate that were left in the place. Once we all felt it was ready to list, he found us an incredible stager who dressed the unit beautifully, sourced a great photographer, and worked with us to craft a perfect listing description. He held open houses, met all potential buyers for private showings, and followed up on leads. Ultimately he found us a buyer at a great price and handled a tricky negotiation deftly, coming up with great solutions to keep all parties happy. He did all this with patience, genuine care, and a cheerful, positive attitude. I really couldn't be happier with our experience with Tom and recommend him whole-heartedly.
